Dallas City Council Meeting

The City Council Agenda meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 9:00 A.M. in the Dallas City Hall

Fort Worth City Council Meeting

The Fort Worth City Council meets each Tuesday. The first and second Tuesday of each month the City Council meets in the evening, 7:00 p.m. The rest of the month's Tuesday meetings are held at 10:00 a.m.

Santos Martinez

2002 Dallas Independent School District Bond Program- Prepared and managed the zoning applications and approvals for 70 campuses in the City of Dallas and one campus in the City of Carrollton. This work included coordination of neighborhood meetings and bilingual services for area residents. In addition to these activities, he conducted meetings with city zoning staff, plan commissioners, and city councilmembers to obtain final approval for these cases. Prepared and managed building construction permits for 120 campuses. This included meeting city officials for timely review and release of all permits. In addition to the permit release, coordinated efforts with inspectors to ensure timely completion of construction. Prepared and managed platting application and approvals for 40 campuses. This included work with the City of Dallas Real Estate Department to coordinate abandonments and right of way dedications.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit- Assisted in the zoning application approval process for 13 new transit stations in the City of Dallas. This included bilingual services for community meetings regarding new stations. Prepared and managed construction permits for 13 new transit stations. This required working with various city departments to ensure timely review and release of construction permits. Additional coordination with the City of Dallas Interagency Group was required with these transit stations. This coordination was critical in completing plat applications for 13 new transit stations. Prepared and managed plat applications that included utility and right of way abandonments in addition to public utility relocation and dedications. Prepared and managed the completion of permit applications in the City of Carrollton and Farmers Branch.
