Sprouts Farmers Market is a grocery store that prides itself on its organic, healthy food offerings as well as sustainability initiatives. For this location at 1265 West Exchange Parkway in Allen, TX, Masterplan conducted meetings with several neighborhoods to obtain consensus on the proposal. Through this communication, issues of traffic mitigation, light pollution, screening, and buffering were addressed. Some of the benefits this new Sprouts brought to the area include supporting other local retails stores as an anchor for attracting more foot traffic and offering a convenient way for neighbors to get their groceries. Masterplan was pleased to assist with this addition to the area!
